Before founding City & Sea, Shannon Gallaher served as a Creative Director at a NY-based digital marketing agency leading branding, UX, and performance design for rapidly growing businesses. In years prior she specialized in Digital Marketing for eCommerce brands, Content Strategy in Commercial Real Estate and B2B marketing in the the Mortgage Industry.

The Process
Discovery & OnboardinG
We start by getting to know you, your business, goals, and vision. If we’re a great fit, we’ll begin onboarding with an in-depth questionnaire, client dashboard access, and a clear project timeline.
Depending on your package, we start with brand strategy, then move into brand design. Before we’ll start on the website, you’ll need to submit brand photography. We offer photography, or you can work with another photographer. From there, we craft your website’s copy, design, and development, bringing your vision to life.
Strategy & Design
THE LAUNCH PHASE
You will receive a personalized walk-through video of your website, and a tutorial that will teach you how to make future edits and updates to your website. We’ll ensure your domain is connected properly, and if applicable, that your email platform is integrated and functioning with your website’s forms.
ONGOING PARTNERSHIP
The fun doesn’t have to stop after the launch phase. We offer ongoing creative partnerships on a monthly retainer, joining your extended team and offering design and marketing support for as long as you need it. This includes unlimited Creative Director access and creative support!
