Jennifer Mottola, the stylist and owner behind Hair by Jen, had built a loyal client base in Charlotte with her personalized, high-quality hair services. But her existing Shopify website no longer fit her evolving business needs. To help Jennifer expand her client communication, we also set her up on Flodesk, integrating an opt-in form directly into the website that automatically funnels new subscribers into the correct Flodesk segments.
