Bailey had a brand created by a friend, and a website created by someone she found on Fiverr. The website was overwhelming, slow, and overlapping text made it difficult to read. Her bounce rate was extremely high and she was unable to sell her products online, which was a dream of hers. She wanted a cohesive visual identity that she could roll out on digital platforms as well as in her pop-up market signage, and a website with an improved user experience and eCommerce capabilities.

Shannon was an absolute dream to work with. She took my sad little website and turned it into my exact vision. I really struggled with putting my vision into words. Shannon’s questionnaire was so helpful in helping me realize what it was that I was actually wanting, who I was as a brand, and what I wanted that to look like to customers. I feel so proud of the website Shannon created for me! Everything about this process exceeded my expectations. Communication, timeliness, professionalism, and end result. The videos that Shannon sent guiding me through maintaining my website after our work together was complete were SO HELPFUL! I can go back and revisit those if I forget how to add a product to my website or make any changes.
