The Process

Inquire and schedule a 15-minute discovery call where we’ll learn more about your business and talk logistics. Next, we’ll send over your contract and solidify your project start date.

You’ll fill out a questionnaire which will give us the information we need to customize your templates. If you’re purchasing a website, we’ll also send over a copywriting worksheet so we have the content we need for your website.

We’ll send over proofs of your brand design and you’ll receive a round of refinement before we’ll finalize.

We’ll apply your brand styles to your Squarespace website, enter the provided copy, and replace any imagery either with the stock imagery that comes with your branding or brand imagery you provide. You’ll get one round of refinement, and we’ll connect your domain & launch
FAQs
How long does the Template customization Take?
The process takes 14 business days. Keep in mind, in order for us to successfully launch your brand design and website in 14 days or less, you’ll be required to provide copywriting and feedback as quickly and concisely as possible.
Do i need a squarespace account?
We can create a Squarespace account for you. We’ll build the website, and when it’s ready for your review, we will grant you access to view it. Once approved, we’ll transfer ownership to you and you can choose to keep us on as an Admin or remove us. If you already have a Squarespace account, we’ll create a new one and transfer your account to the new website.
Does this require any meetings?
Aside from a discovery call, this process does not require any meetings. The purpose of the semi-custom option is to get from start to finish as quickly and efficiently as possible. We’ve developed a process that makes this attainable 100% virtually.
how customizable is the brand design?
We will replace the current verbiage in the brand design with verbiage that reflects your business information: business name, established date, tagline, signature services, etc. The brand fonts cannot be changed. We offer suggested color palettes that can be tweaked. Any art or hand-drawn elements come with the logo and cannot be swapped.
how customizable is the Website?
We will replace the place holder copy within the website with your business information. We may remove re-organize or duplicate existing sections as needed, but additional custom sections or pages will not be included.
how do you determine what copy to put in the website?
During the onboarding phase, you’ll receive a copywriting workbook and will be required to fill in the necessary copywriting for your website. Professional website copywriting services are available at an additional charge.
How many revisions do i get?
This package is meant to be as efficient and streamlined as possible. In order to get your branding and website to you in two weeks or less, you’ll be allotted one round of revisions per deliverable.
