MEET SHANNON GALLAHER

I’m Shannon, the Founder of City & Sea. In 2022, I was Creative Director at a digital marketing agency based out of NYC, and expecting my second baby. I had landed my dream job, but life didn’t feel sustainable: wake up before the sunrise, rush my toddler to daycare, work from 9am-6pm, spend my entire paycheck on childcare, spend the weekends catching up on chores I didn’t have time for. Repeat. I had climbed the ladder, and then abruptly decided to launch myself off of it. It felt kind of like jumping out of a plane without a parachute. Exhilarating, terrifying, and downright reckless. Turns out, I landed safely. And I’m never looking back.

Today, I get to help powerhouse founders in scaling their businesses through brand strategy and design. I spend every day somewhere at the intersection of creativity and strategy and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Together, we will elevate your brand, attract your dream audience, generate more leads, sell more product, and watch your business grow.
